Rates

All rates quoted are exclusive of fuel. They include insurance as stipulated, maintenance, unlimited mileage, motoring association cover, registration & road fund recovery and V.A.T Rates are subject to change without notice.


Driver Qualification

Drivers must be over 21 and under 75 years of age. A satisfactory driving record is required although certain endorsements may be accepted.


Insurance

All vehicles are insured for comprehensive risk in accordance with the insurance policy. Accidental damage to the vehicle is subject to an excess of £850. This excess is reduced to £150 for groups A to F (£450 for drivers aged 21 to 24) and £250 for Groups EXEC, G, SP and V2 (£550 for drivers aged 21 to 24) by payment of the collision damage waiver (included in the printed rates) The customer is fully responsible for any damage to the interior of the vehicle, tyres including punctures, audio equipment, aerials and door mirrors. The customer is also responsible for fuel and parking fines.


Payment

Payment must be made prior to or on commencement of the hire. Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard or UK Switch/Maestro card.


Extension Of Rental Period

If you wish to extend the car rental period beyond the agreed return date, you must advise this office and make required pre-payment. Failure to comply with this condition may render the insurance policy void.


Extra Hours

Each car rental day represents 24 hours. Additional hours will be charged at 20% of the daily rate per hour.


Foreign Travel

Vehicles may not be taken outside mainland Britain without prior permission. Special Rates and insurance cover provisions apply.


Breakdown Service

All vehicles are covered by motoring association membership including home start and transport of vehicle and occupants to their destination.


Vehicle Availability

While every effort is made to provide the vehicle reserved, it may be necessary to substitute an alternative or superior model (at no extra charge) due to unforeseen circumstances.


Rights Reserved

We reserve the right to alter the rates, conditions and periods of rental and to refuse a rental without reason.
